Nick Giraldi has been our contractor for over ten years. Our aunt moved in with us and we wanted to enlarge the bedroom she had and give her a bathroom of her own. Nick worked very closely with our architect and construction started in late spring.
What we most admire about Nick besides his excellent work is the fact that he is present for every step of the job. If the plumber is doing his part, Nick is there to make sure all is running smoothly. It the electrician is doing his work, Nick is there. I have seen many contractors kick off a job and you never see them again until it is time to get paid.
Nick also kept us apprised every step of the way, we were never in the dark about anything. If there was a problem or delay we knew right away. Our project was finished on time.
Nick's work is excellent whether it is additions to homes or small work. He has never turned down any of our requests. We would highly recommend him for any home improvement and we would welcome anyone to come to our home to view Nick’s work.

In September 2005, Nick Giraldi broke ground on a major renovation project for our early-60s ranch. By the end of December, the project was completed. During that time, Nick and his crew constructed an addition that included a master bedroom suite and new dining area. Weeks earlier, Nick met with our architect to discuss proposed plans and offered suggestions for construction options that would help to save on costs. Besides the addition, the project called for a complete renovation of the existing structure. Acting as the General Contractor, Nick and his crew transformed the house with a new roof, vinyl siding, all new windows, and heating and air conditioning systems. The crown jewel of the project is a greatly enlarged kitchen, with all modern appliances, granite counter tops, and custom-built cabinetry. The renovation project was such a success, that when it came time to renovate the original bathroom, we asked Nick to help us turn it into a room that would match the beauty of the rest of the house. We had Nick re-do our horrible kitchen, it’s an 1800’s house with bad updates from the 1980’s and was basically unusable and dark.
Nick came in, worked with us with layout and even found us a cabinet manufacturer. He was fast, professional, and has great attention to detail. Making things look level in an old house is an art, and he really came through for us.
